Add to Cart and Checkout - you will receive an email confirmation (as if it were an order)
Wait for TshirtsMall.com's approval with an RMA number (takes up to 48hrs)
Return your merchandise as follows:

request that any package returned to us be shipped via insured and/or
traceable mail or obtain a tracking number/delivery confirmation from
the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damaged items for
return packages.

items being sent to our Returns department, please include the
