Requests for Exchanges/Return must be made within 3 days of customer delivery receipt date.
No returns , exchanges on CUSTOM made items (anything with personalized names,slogan, organizations, schools)
Refunds/Exchanges for boutique items (items you don't get to personalize) once RMA is issued. Valid only within 30 days of customer delivery receipt date. Postage paid by Customer.
Exchanges only after 30 days for boutique items (items you don't get to personalize) with a 15% restocking fee. RMA must be issued. Postage paid by customer.
Exchanges only for Damaged/Incorrectly shipped items. Postage paid by TshirtsMall.com

Customers are responsible for postage back to our warehouse unless otherwise noted. Please visit the following page for Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you receive an RMA from Tshirtsmall.com , you are then allowed to return/exchange your product back to us.
